How do I place an order?
You have two easy options: this order form or the quick-order forms at the bottom of each product page.
The order form allows you to easily order multiple pieces at one time. The individual order forms on each item’s page is a quick way to order just that piece if that’s all you are interested in getting!
What happens when I place an order?
When you place an order, I get a direct email with all your order information. After reviewing your order, I put together a confirmation email for you that includes details regarding your order, any follow up questions I may have, how payment works and shipping information. You should receive this email within 24 hours of placing your order. If you do not, please email aknotstory@gmail.com to follow up.
How does payment work?
Once I have received your order and calculated the total price, I ask for 60% of your order as a non-refundable deposit to confirm your order and get started. Once your order is complete, I will let you know the remaining 40% balance of your order (plus any shipping costs if applicable) and once you have paid that, I will ship your order.
Payment is only accepted through Venmo or Zelle.
Is shipping included or extra?
Shipping within the USA is free for any of my pieces. The only caveat to this is if you order something custom, in which case shipping may not be included though this will be disclosed to you before your order is confirmed.
International orders are welcome though shipping is not included. International orders will be charged based on their specific needs. Customs and duties are your responsibility.
